Despite being so small Edradour produces more whiskies than most other distilleries. Owner since 2002 Master of the Quaich Andrew Symington has expertly used the spirit from our small stills, matured in the highest quality oak wood, to create a stunning and diverse range of single malts.

Our ever popular and traditional Highland Single Malts. Handmade with rich, fruit cake flavours and a sweetness that emerges from the combination of Sherry wood and the small Stills of our old farm distillery.
CASK STRENGTH
Single Malt Edradour that comes to you straight from the cask into the bottle. As pure and straightforward as you will find. Strong in essence and flavour. Unchillfiltered of course.
WINE FINISHED
Here the fruit influence of some of the finest European wine casks combine with the inherent richness of Edradour. The “Straight From The Cask” range are all matured in two types of wood, Bourbon barrels and Wine casks, and are bottled naturally at cask strength. Enjoy at full strength and differing levels of dilution.

WINE MATURED
Edradour produces a wide range matured solely in wine casks. These fillings are from 2003. The result shows remarkable depth of flavour and character emerging from the barley and sweet fruits of the wine. Natural colour and unchillfiltered.
BALLECHIN HEAVILY PEATED
This heavily peated version of Edradour is matured in a wide variety of wood types. A formidable, smoky Single Malt born out of experimentation, passion and the pursuit of quality. Phenol content of a minimum of 50 parts per million.
